libprojectm2 software package provides Advanced Milkdrop-compatible music visualization library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libprojectm2
libprojectm2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libprojectm2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libprojectm2 *
You will get with libprojectm2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
